Electronic literacy
About Electronic Tools, I am not very good at all, I don’t know much about these things, I only used basic tools such as computers, DVDs, videogames (if videogames count as electronic tool) and other kinds of machines. I like so much technology but I think I’m not as able as I should be to control electronic tools, because I know there is so much to learn, so I think I am “learning” how to use almost all basic electronic tools.
The use of computers is easy to me, even if I don’t know all the components and all that, still I think I can use these things, just because I know I can work on basic elements, to calculate, to write, to make my own presentations, to use the keyboard, burn CDs, etc. About internet, I can handle it very well, I can surf through the internet and find almost all the information and things that I need for my study work and my daily life. I can use e-mail to download projects besides internet and I use it also to chat, to get information and send it too.
In my daily life I can work with basic electronic tools such as DVDs, computers, etc. Also in junior high school I had a class that was called Electronic and we used little machines and built some little things that were called “kits”, it was fun and I learned a lot, in high school my area was “mechanical and electronically” and I remember that almost at the end of the BA we built an electronic arm that moved from left to right, up to down and around. And I think I got some skills and experience, and I developed some things about electronic tools.
My plans for my future are to get more involved in these things because I think it is very important, like nowadays, people say that the human has to have basic skills after elementary school that are to know, how to write, to read and also to know how to use a computer. So my plans in this BA are to work putting as base electronic tools because I know there will be so much to learn and so may works that lead me to use computers.
I know, or better say, I have noticed that since I was a child until now technology has been developing itself and making so much progress that nowadays electronic tools are advanced technology. So I believe that every person, it doesn’t matter if you are a child or a grown up person, it is very important that you get involved in this “paper”, that will make you develop your own skills and it work for any kind of work or entertainment that you will live every single day.
